EUR ING Gerasimos Theofanis possesses extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement within various industries. Currently serving as Site Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at GKN Aerospace since September 2021, Gerasimos has held multiple roles there, including Site Quality Manager and Systems Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes a Quality Engineer position at Textron Specialized Vehicles, where contributions focused on resolving quality-related issues and supporting new product introductions. Earlier career experience encompasses a Production Manager role at Artos Fresh Bakery, managing production schedules and logistics, as well as internships at Theodynamiki S.A. and the Region Of Western Greece, where foundational skills in quality assurance and engineering project management were developed.
