Mike Slade

Mike Slade has extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries, currently serving as a Lean Deployment Leader and CNC Machinist at GKN Aerospace since September 2012. In this role, Mike supports the Production Team Leader and is responsible for training new machinists. Previously, from November 1997 to February 2010, Mike worked at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, where initial responsibilities as a machine setter led to a position in the research and development team, followed by a role as Production Team Lead, ensuring production plans were consistently met. Education was completed at Monks Park Secondary School from 1986 to 1991.
