Simone Robinson

Simone Robinson is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, inclusion, and talent development, currently serving as the Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Lead at GKN Aerospace since June 2022. Prior to this role, Simone held various positions at Jaguar Land Rover from September 2016 to June 2022, including Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Senior Talent Development, and Business Analyst. Simone's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant from July 2014 to September 2016 and included a supervisory role at Express Cafes Ltd from May 2010 to May 2014. Academic achievements include a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development from CIPD (2019-2020) and a BA (Hons) in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University (2012-2016).
