Carol Duncanson has a strong background in human resources. Carol began their career in 1997 as an HR Manager at AECO, Division of NSI, where they worked until 2001. Carol then moved on to Florida Panthers/SSE, where they served as Sr Vice President of Human Resources from 2001 to 2012. Most recently, Carol held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at GL Homes, starting in 2012.
Carol Duncanson attended Florida Atlantic University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Carol also holds a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
