Douglas Kippes

Douglas Kippes is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and process engineering, currently serving as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Plant Engineer at Glanbia since May 2012. In this multifaceted role, Douglas manages strategic projects, process engineering, and plant utilities engineering. Douglas also co-manages 420 acres of irrigated land at Double D Farms, cultivating crops such as sweet corn, winter wheat, and garden beans, while providing agricultural education to the next generation. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineering Technician for the US Forest Service and working as an Installation Specialist at Doug McCoy Excavation, where Douglas developed significant expertise in civil engineering and municipal utility installation. An early start in agriculture culminated in strong skills in maintenance and operational efficiency.
