Ian Pavlechko

Ian Pavlechko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ian is currently serving as the Channel Sales Director at Glance Networks since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Genesys as the Channel Sales Manager from July 2016 to March 2023. Before that, they held positions at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, Xerox, Drees Homes, The Townsend Corporation, Ball State University, Macmillan, and Pacers Sports & Entertainment, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, research, teaching, and public relations.

Ian Pavlechko completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Business from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2005 to 2009. Ian then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Sales Management at Ball State University from 2010 to 2012.
