Rachel Gilles has over 15 years of experience in environmental science and client engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Client Engagement at Glantz since June 2016, Rachel previously held the position of Client Engagement Associate within the same company. Prior experience includes work as an Environmental Scientist at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates from May 2008 to June 2013 and earlier roles at Roux Associates, Inc. and Conestoga-Rovers & Associates as a Staff Scientist and Environmental Scientist, respectively. Rachel holds a B.S. in Biological Aspects of Conservation/Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.A. in Energy & Environmental Analysis from Boston University.
