Jon Vincent FIKE is currently the Principal & Chief Executive at Glasgow Clyde College. Prior to this, Jon held the same position at Tyne Metropolitan College from 2009 to 2016 and was the Deputy Principal at Burton College from 2005 to 2009. Jon has a diverse background in education, with teaching and managerial roles at Lincoln College and a lecturing position at Grantham College. Jon holds a BA (Hons) in Sport & Human Movement Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff, along with various postgraduate diplomas and certificates in education, management, quality, and leadership from The Nottingham Trent University.

Glasgow Clyde College is a multi-campus college with three sites across Glasgow in Anniesland, Cardonald and Langside. The College was formed in August 2013 following the merger of Anniesland, Cardonald and Langside Colleges. Today, Glasgow Clyde College is home to over 7,000 full-time students and 20,000 part-time students.
