Jesse Fried

Jesse Fried is a Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from Harvard University, and is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Jesse’s main areas of research, teaching and writing are executive compensation, corporate governance, corporate bankruptcy and venture capital. He is the author, with Lucian Bebchuk, of Pay without Performance: the Unfulfilled Promise of Executive Compensation (Harvard University Press, 2004).
