Jordi Planadecursach

Jordi Planadecursach currently serves as VP of Engineering at Glassnode, overseeing a team of over 30 engineers and driving engineering alignment with product and research strategies. With extensive experience in engineering leadership, previous roles include directing the Data Platform organization at Glassnode and serving as Senior Software Engineering Manager at Paradigm and Elastic. Jordi has a strong background in transforming engineering processes, modernizing technology stacks, and implementing scalable architectures across various industries, including digital marketplaces and cryptocurrency. Early career highlights include co-founding Bitcoin startups and contributing to secure electronic voting systems. Jordi holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
