Vice President, Tempering & Laminating Business Line at Glaston

Riku Färm began their work experience as a Production Planner at Ruukki in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Riku then moved on to roles at Microsoft as a Summer Trainee in 2014 and 2015. Riku also worked as a Research Assistant at Tampere University of Technology. From 2015 onwards, they transitioned to Glaston Corporation, starting as a Master's Thesis Worker and progressing through various roles including Business Development Trainee, Product Management Engineer, and eventually becoming Vice President of the Tempering & Laminating Business Line.

Riku Färm completed their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Tampere University of Technology from 2010 to 2016. In 2013, they also studied Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia for a brief period.
