Darrell Flippo, CMRP, is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and reliability engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Project Manager at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center since February 2024, Darrell also holds the position of Reliability Engineer at Glatfelter from February 2019, where responsibilities include developing and managing preventative maintenance plans. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at NHK International Corporation, Sr. Mechanical Engineer at SONTARA OLD HICKORY INC, and Process Engineer at Fiberweb, along with various engineering positions at Faultless Caster and Wabash National. Darrell earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2000.
