Galiv Imtiaz

Galiv Imtiaz has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as Project Manager and Senior Facility Engineer II at Glaukos Corporation since December 2024, Galiv oversees projects at the San Clemente and Aliso Viejo Facilities, managing internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineering Leader at Siegfried, focusing on CapEx equipment in a cGMP environment, and as Senior Project Engineer at B. Braun Medical Inc. Additionally, Galiv has worked as a Senior Validation Engineer at Teva Pharmaceuticals and a Control System QA Validation Engineer at Baxalta, where responsibilities included authoring and executing validation protocols. Galiv began the career as a Validation Engineer at Baxter International Inc., providing expertise on validation studies and regulatory compliance. Educationally, Galiv obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego.
