Neboysa Omcikus

Neboysa Omcikus serves as the Head of Strategy at Glean since February 2023, focusing on product and go-to-market strategy. Previously, Neboysa held the position of Head of Product at Glean from March 2019 to June 2021, overseeing the product's development from inception through launch and customer adoption, as well as contributing to various functions including Sales and Marketing. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Manager at Rubrik, Inc. from 2014 to 2019, and holding titles such as Head of Technical Recruiting at Geo M Martin Company and Controls Engineer at Iris Diagnostics. Neboysa also completed an R&D internship in the Systems Engineering Group at Iris Diagnostics and participated in undergraduate research at Cornell University. Neboysa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
