David Johnson

David is responsible for the management and development of Gleeds across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, providing coordination between our local offices and the wider region.

Having joined Gleeds in 1983 as a chartered surveyor, David later moved to Spain where he has been based for more than 25 years. He is focused on ensuring that our high standard of service delivery is maintained throughout the EMEA region and is committed to protecting our client’s best interests in their real estate and construction projects.

David has been actively involved on a wide range of developments, including commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities, and hotels; both on new-build and refurbishment projects. He remains “hands-on” and has extensive knowledge of procurement methodology and management processes.
