Douglas Yapp

Douglas Yapp has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the retail sector, having served at Glen Dimplex Australia since June 2008. Positions held include General Manager for both Retail and Seasonal/SDA, as well as Product and Procurement Manager, Marketing Manager, and Product Manager for Dimplex & Roberts. Prior to this, Douglas was the Marketing Coordinator at STM Australia Pty Ltd from March 2006 to June 2008. In terms of education, Douglas completed the Glen Dimplex Global Strategic Leadership Programme at University College Dublin in January 2025, holds a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Tourism from Swinburne University of Technology (2003-2005), and completed VCE at Rowville Secondary College (1999-2002).
