Glen Raven
David Swers oversees the division which manufactures and markets the Sunbrella and Dickson brands of performance fabrics worldwide. His responsibilities also include Dickson-Constant, Dickson PTL and Dickson Saint Clair in France and Glen Raven Asia in China.
Dave joined Glen Raven in 1989 and has been instrumental in establishing the leadership position of Sunbrella fabrics within the casual furniture industry, leading the sales and marketing teams.
Swers earned his BA in Economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Duke in 1984. Prior to joining Glen Raven he held various positions in the Treasurer’s office of a large regional bank.
