Peter Fuchs

Peter Fuchs is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs within the mining and financial sectors. Currently, Fuchs serves as Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Glencore's Nickel division, where responsibilities include strategizing and managing communications across five global mining and processing sites. Previously, Fuchs held roles at Glencore as Director of Corporate Affairs and provided strategic communication counsel to senior management. With a strong background in corporate communications at Manulife Financial, Fuchs developed media relations and issues management strategies while also leading communication initiatives across Asia. In addition to corporate roles, Fuchs is the Chair of the North York Seniors Centre, overseeing strategic planning and governance for a non-profit organization. Fuchs holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ryerson University.
