Jerrol Charles is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in business development and institutional investment. Currently serving as Business Development Director at Glenmede since May 2024, Jerrol previously held the position of Director at TIFF Investment Management from May 2021 to May 2024. Prior to that, Jerrol was Vice President of Client Development for SunTrust’s Institutional Investment Solutions Group, managing portfolios exceeding $9 billion for non-profit organizations. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales at B. Riley FBR and as an associate in Prime Brokerage at Morgan Stanley, where complex client relationships with hedge funds were managed. Jerrol began the career as an Analyst in Equity Settlements at Morgan Stanley. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from the University at Albany.
