Stephen Posin has a diverse work experience. Stephen started their career as a Police Officer III/Detective with Montgomery County Government in 2002 and worked there until 2010. Stephen then joined AlliedBarton Security Services as a Security Director and held this role until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Project Manager at Whelan Security. In 2017, they joined Glenstone Museum, first as a Security Manager and later as the Deputy Director of Facilities.

Stephen Posin received their BS in Criminology from the University of Tampa, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.
