Lenny Yanovskiy

Lenny Yanovskiy is an experienced consultant and executive with a strong background in human resources outsourcing (HRO), business process outsourcing (BPO), and talent acquisitions. Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member and Consultant at GLG and Guidepoint since January 2021, Lenny also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at CHS Payroll from October 2023 to July 2024. Previously, Lenny worked at ADP as the Director of Service Operations and launched a suite of strategic solutions for Recruitment Process Outsourcing, generating significant revenue. Lenny's diverse experience also includes roles at NYSE Euronext and extensive educational credentials, including an MBA from NYU Stern and a BS in Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
