Kairi T. is a seasoned professional in employee experience and people operations, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Experience and previously as the People Operations Manager at Glia since November 2021. Kairi's expertise includes handling employee relations, performance management, and supporting the employee lifecycle. Prior to Glia, Kairi worked at Playtech as a Travel & Office Assistant, where responsibilities included organizing travel, coordinating office activities, and environmental impact planning. Kairi began a career in hospitality as a Front Desk Receptionist at Premier Hotels OÜ, excelling in customer service and mentoring, and also gained marketing experience as a Marketing Coordinator at SPARK Makerlab. Kairi's academic background includes a degree in Literature from the University of Tartu and completion of secondary education at Jõgevamaa Gümnaasium.
