Andini Hariningtyas

Andini Hariningtyas is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Glints since October 2024. Previously, Andini worked at SIRCLO as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Commercial division, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experience and improving HR processes. Andini also held the position of Senior People Development, focusing on development needs and managing operational training plans.
