Meutia Hakim

Meutia Hakim is a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate at Glints since August 2022, responsible for hiring quality candidates, building talent pipelines, and advising hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Previously, Meutia served as HRBP and People Partner at CROWDE from October 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing manpower planning, internal policy implementation, and employee engagement. Additional experience includes roles at CROWDE as a People and Culture Associate and involvement in various teaching and laboratory assistant positions. Meutia's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Food Technology from Surya University, along with high school diplomas from SMAN 10 Samarinda and Valley High School. Meutia has also volunteered with AFS Indonesia - Bina Antarbudaya since August 2014.
