Nicole Philips

Nicole Philips serves as a Lecturer at Glion Institute of Higher Education since September 2018. Previously, Nicole held the position of VP International Hotel Development Planning at Marriott International from July 2001 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managerial oversight of a feasibility team, project scheduling, training coordination, financial projections for proposed hotels, and participation in mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at HVS and Assistant to the Director of Programme Development at IH&RA, along with an internship at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from ESSEC and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden.
