Ben Reuveni is the founder and CEO of Gloat, a fast-growing HR SaaS company that helps large enterprises unlock talent and democratize employee career development via its AI-based internal talent marketplace platform.

Previously, Reuveni worked as a solutions architect at IBM from November 2008 to December 2014. As a member of the data team, they were responsible for the development and upkeep of RAS procedures and crisis management from the development team's perspective.

Before IBM, Reuveni was a team leader at IDF from August 2004 to August 2008.

Ben Reuveni attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Computer Science.
