Jeff Schwartz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Jeff is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia Business School since September 2021 and the VP of Insights and Impact at Gloat since June 2021. In 2020, they worked as an Author, writing two books on work disruption and workforce ecosystems. From 2001 to 2022, Jeff held multiple roles at Deloitte, including Senior Advisor, Principal, and Senior Director in various capacities related to the future of work and human capital. Jeff also worked at PwC as a Principal from 1988 to 2001, and at JPMorgan Chase as an Investment Banking Associate in 1987. Additionally, Jeff has experience working with the US Peace Corps in Russia and Nepal, as well as with the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Foundation as a Fellow and Research Director.

Jeff Schwartz completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences from 1976 to 1980, with a focus on Government and History. Jeff then pursued a Masters of Public Affairs degree in Development Economics and International Development at Princeton University from 1984 to 1987. Additionally, Schwartz obtained an MBA from the Yale School of Management, which they attended from 1985 to 1987. Prior to their higher education, they attended Commack High School.
