Gary Kasper is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist with extensive experience in recruitment and employee management across two prominent companies. Currently employed at Global Aerospace since October 2010, Gary oversees the entire recruitment process, supports college placement efforts, and manages various HR-related functions, including employee onboarding and system implementations. Prior to this role, Gary worked at Lapp USA for eight years, handling tasks such as resume reviews, interview scheduling, benefits administration, and compliance with ISO standards. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
