Ryan Andrew Cie

Ryan Andrew Cie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and customer relations, currently serving as Client Success Team Lead at Global-e since August 2022, following his role as Senior Client Success Manager. Prior to this, Ryan held leadership positions at iSpot.tv and Ace Metrix, where significant contributions to customer success were made. Ryan began a career in research as a Research Associate at Millward Brown and has also demonstrated leadership and managerial skills in various roles, including Team Leader at New York Cares and General Manager at Batik Asian Cuisine & Dumpling Bar. An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
