Rosa Carvalho

Rosa Carvalho is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years of international experience in marketing, communication, and branding. Currently serving as the Marketing Director and CMO at Grupo Global Exchange, Rosa leads a multifunctional marketing team across 25 countries. As the founder and CMO of Mind to Market, guidance is provided to SMEs in strategy, training, and implementation. Rosa has held prominent roles including Marketing and Communications Director at Avanza Food, where leadership of an 18-member team contributed to significant growth and transformation across a portfolio of brands. Prior roles include Marketing Director at ADVEO, Senior Account Manager at Daymon Worldwide, and Consumer & Category Insights Manager at Revlon. Rosa holds an MBA from HEC Paris and has completed an exchange program at Georgetown University. Academic qualifications also include a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Management and a BA in Business and Economics.
