Dr. Nairouz Bader

Dr. Nairouz Bader is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and leadership consulting across the Middle East and North Africa. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and CEO MENA at Envision Partnership, Dr. Bader also holds roles as Board Director and Head of CBC events for the Canadian Business Council of Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and COP28 Head of the CBC Dubai Connect Group. With a background that includes positions such as CEO of IIC Partners for the Middle East and North Africa and Executive Board member of Global Goodwill Ambassadors, Dr. Bader has demonstrated a profound understanding of multiculturalism and the business landscape in the region. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Managerial Leadership from City University, USA, and an MBA from American University, London.
