Andrew Paulson is a Partner having joined GIP in 2018. Mr Paulson focuses on GIP’s capital markets and debt financing activities globally. He is based in London.
Prior to joining GIP, Mr Paulson spent 13 years at RBS where he was a Managing Director and Head of its Infrastructure Financing team. He led multiple advisory and debt financing transactions across the infrastructure sector. Previously Mr Paulson spent seven years at HM Treasury as a Policy Analyst.
Mr Paulson holds an M.A. (Honours) from Christ’s College, Cambridge University.
