Effie Wang

Effie Wang is a Senior Data Scientist at Global Lending Services LLC since October 2020, specializing in managing credit risk models for subprime auto loans through risk analysis, model development, and evaluation. Effie has led the creation of an ensemble credit risk scorecard using XGBoost and logistic regression algorithms, complemented by rigorous statistical evaluations and data visualizations. Prior experience includes a Data Scientist role at Apollo Education Group, where analytical and machine learning methods were developed to address business challenges.
