Jonathan Vine, AFNI, AVI serves as the Marine Manager for Global Maritime in Abu Dhabi since April 2018, following a role as Manager of Ports & Shipping at Eagle Lyon Pope. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Mariner at Global Maritime, Freelance Marine Consultant at NEXUS MARINE CONSULTANTS LTD, and Marine Specialist at ConocoPhillips. Jonathan has also worked as Master Mariner and Tow Master at Interocean Marine Services Ltd, and Marine Consultant at C-MAR Consultants. Additionally, Jonathan held the position of Marine Pilot at Associated British Ports and Chief Officer at P&O Ferries. Jonathan’s educational background includes a degree in Master Mariner from South Tyneside College and studies at The Open University. Jonathan also served as Humber Branch Chairman for The Nautical Institute from 2010 to 2011.
