Kenneth Cottrell

Kenneth Cottrell, M.A., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, operations, and strategic initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager II at Energy Solutions since March 2023, Kenneth focuses on policy and ratings to enhance carbon emissions reduction and energy efficiency. As Chief Operations Officer at Cannalean LLC, an award-winning beverage company, Kenneth oversees operations for innovative CBD and THC products. In addition, Kenneth contributes to Global Paint for Charity as Director of Strategic Projects, and previously held positions including Associate Director of Legislative Affairs at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Project Manager at RuR Web Solutions. Kenneth’s educational background includes ongoing doctoral studies in Public Policy at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, complemented by a Master of Arts in Urban Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies from the same institution.
