Philip Segaloff is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and transactional law. Currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Global Partners LP since July 2010, Philip facilitates a variety of commercial transactions. Previous experience includes roles at Goulston & Storrs, where Philip negotiated numerous agreements and managed due diligence for a major acquisition, and at Riemer & Braunstein, representing financial institutions in significant real estate and financing transactions. Early in the legal career, Philip gained foundational experience as a legal intern at Polaroid Corporation. Philip holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
