Darcy D'Anna, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as SVP of HR Service Enablement & Operations at Global Payments Inc. since May 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing Corporate HR Shared Services, Business Optimization, and People Analytics. Prior positions at Global Payments Inc. include Vice President of Human Resources and VP, Human Resources Business Partner for various divisions. Before joining Global Payments, Darcy held HR roles at H&S Bakery Inc. and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania - Department of Public Welfare. A graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Psychology, Darcy brings a strong foundation in human resources strategy and operations.
