Monica Bhatt

Monica Bhatt, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Monica is currently the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Global Pharma Tek, a position they assumed in July 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Global Director- Human Resources at the same company since October 2022. Before joining Global Pharma Tek, Monica also worked as an Associate Director- HR (North America & India) at Capleo Global.

From 2014 to 2021, Monica served as the Senior Vice President & Head of HR at Health Insurance TPA, where they played a significant role in managing human resources for the organization.

Before that, Monica worked at HCL Technologies, where they held various positions including Deputy General Manager- HR, Associate General Manager, Group Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager, between 2008 and 2014.

Earlier in their career, Monica gained experience in different HR roles at Impetus Infotech (India) Pvt. Ltd., Cendant/Tecnovate/Ebookers/Travelport, Solutions Infosystems/Solutions Inc, and GE Capital International Services.

Monica's work experience showcases their expertise in HR leadership, strategic human resource management, employee lifecycle management, policy formulation and implementation, performance management, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and organizational development.

Monica Bhatt, SHRM-SCP, has completed a Dip (Training & Development) from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD). Additionally, they hold an MBA degree with a specialization in HR from the Faculty of Management Studies and Research at Aligarh Muslim University. Furthermore, Monica has obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in March 2022.
