Dan Schaffer

Dan Schaffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, change management, and post-merger integration. As the Owner of BlackFern, LLC since January 2010, Dan has focused on enhancing productivity and sustainability while implementing effective management controls and performance improvements. In addition to this role, Dan serves as a Senior Executive Advisor at Global PMI Partners and previously held positions such as Director of Advisory Services at Aprio and Vice President at Adept Management Systems. Dan's professional background includes roles ranging from Energy Management Consultant at MPC Energy to Director of Engineering/Six Sigma at Acuity Specialty Products, with a foundational career as a Program Manager at Lockheed Martin. Dan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University, an MBA in Management from Georgia State University, an MS in Engineering from Rutgers University, and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Chemical Engineering at Wayne State University.
