Prior to GPI, Danni was a Resourcing Business Partner at Capita Resourcing from April 2019 to April 2020 and worked as a Senior Contract Consultant at Adecco from July 2018 to April 2019, where responsibilities included contract management for ESCC sites. Additionally, Danni contributed to HR and recruitment operations at East Sussex County Council from July 2016 to June 2018. Danni holds CIPD qualifications, underscoring a solid foundation in human resources and operational management.
