Jamil Luckett has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Jamil began their career in 2004 as a Contract Recruiter at Laureate Education, Inc, where they sourced and hired professionals in various fields. Jamil then joined Titan Corporation as a Contract Recruiter and specialized in recruiting intelligence and IT professionals for a major government contractor. In 2005, Jamil became a Senior Recruiter at YRCI and sourced and recruited IT and Engineering professionals for government contractors.
In 2007, Jamil worked as a Contract Recruiter at Arrowhead Global Solutions and Planned Systems International, where they focused on sourcing and recruiting cleared IT professionals for government contractors. Jamil then joined Next Tier Concepts as a Contract Recruiter in 2009.
In 2010, Jamil joined Accenture as a Talent Locator, where they worked as a sourcing recruiter. Later that year, they joined Global Science & Technology, Inc as a Senior Recruiter. In 2016, they were promoted to Recruiting Manager at the same company.
