Reinaldo Negron serves as the Head of UTM at Wing since April 2018, focusing on creating an ecosystem for safe aerial access. Additionally, Reinaldo has been the Co President at GUTMA since June 2019. Previous roles include System Architect and Technical Account Manager at X (formerly Google X) from April 2015 to June 2018, and Agile Team Lead & Deputy System Architect as well as Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin Inc. from February 2006 to April 2015. Reinaldo began the career at WireSpring Technologies, Inc. as an intern in 2003. Reinaldo Negron holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and has educational credentials from Carnegie Mellon University and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Global UTM Association (GUTMA)
The Global UTM Association is a nonprofit based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The goals of the association are to: a. Identify actions to be taken to safely, securely and efficiently integrate Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) into national airspace systems; b. Draft and distribute an interoperability blueprint for traffic management of UAS; c. Collaborate with regulators and other stakeholders worldwide to identify standards, as well as scalable and compliant technical solutions, to the development of UAS Traffic Management (UTM) systems; d. Instigate and facilitate partnerships between manned and unmanned users of the airspace; e. And engage with other associations and groups facing similar challenges. The association is global both geographically and by activity sectors. Current members already represent 10 countries across six industries: air navigation service providers, UAS manufacturers, UAS operators, UTM software and infrastructure providers, regulatory bodies, and academic experts.
