Linman Li, MBA, MPH, PMP, CPH, currently serves as the Director at the GVN U.S. Southeast Regional Headquarters at USF Health, a position held since February 2021. In addition, Linman Li has been the Vice President of the Global Virus Network since June 2020. Prior roles at the University of South Florida from October 2012 to June 2020 included Associate Director of USF Medicine International, Director of Asia Programs, and Graduate Assistant. Linman Li's earlier experience includes serving as an Educational Consultant at EF Education First and an Account Manager Assistant intern at the Agricultural Bank of China, along with an Exchange student role at Walt Disney World. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Health and an MBA with a focus on Finance and Information Systems from the University of South Florida, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Defi.

The Global Virus Network (GVN) is a coalition of experts working to better understand how viruses cause disease as well as to develop diagnostics, drugs and vaccines to prevent illness and death. Our work strengthens the response, research, education, and training in viruses threatening humanity. No single institution has expertise in all areas of virology. So the GVN brings world-class virologists together in innovative ways in order to leverage strengths and to focus global teams of scientists on key scientific problems. The power of GVN lies in its global reach, the depth of its science, the speed with which it can tackle new research problems, and its commitment to solving viral challenges facing the human population. GVN is an independent 501(c)3, non-profit organization.
