Lindsey Barrass

Lindsey Barrass is an experienced leader in talent development and organizational culture, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development & Culture at Global since December 2020. Previously, Lindsey held the position of Head of Learning, Development and Internal Communications (Interim) at GSMA from January to December 2020. From November 2011 to January 2020, Lindsey was the Head of Talent, Learning & Culture at The Challenge, where significant achievements included leading culture transformation initiatives and a large-scale change management program. Lindsey's extensive background in learning and development is underscored by various roles including Head of Learning and Development, Learning and Development Manager, HR & Training Officer, Training & Events Manager, and Training Coordinator. Lindsey holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Sussex, earned between 2006 and 2009.
