Sally Cairns

Sally Cairns is a seasoned human resources leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Global since September 2019, where responsibilities include shaping the Group's people strategy and culture with an emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and post-merger integration. In addition, Sally holds several board positions, including member of the Board of Trustees for PDA Society and Global's Make Some Noise, and serves as a Business Ambassador for Ambitious about Autism. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Flutter Entertainment Plc and Paddy Power Betfair, as well as Regional President for Futureye. Sally's educational qualifications feature a Masters in Sustainability and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge, along with a BA/LLB (Hons) and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
