Jihad Karakira

Jihad Karakira is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Group Tax Manager at GlobalCom Holding s.a.l since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jihad worked as a Tax Manager at Solidere from March 2019 to August 2021. Jihad's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at the Beirut Marathon Association as Line Up Manager from 2009 to November 2019, overseeing numerous marathons and races. Additionally, Jihad gained valuable experience as a Senior Tax Consultant at EY from May 2011 to February 2019, including a secondment focused on Saudi VAT implementation, and began the career as a Tax Intern. Jihad holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Hariri Canadian University, completed in 2011.
