Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in semiconductor manufacturing and computational lithography. Currently serving as SMTS in Tapeout Automations and Applications and Post-Fab Operations at GlobalFoundries since July 2015, Amit has previously held roles at IBM from February 2003 to June 2015, including Advisory Engineer in Computational Lithography and Staff Software Engineer in Data Prep and Design Services. Amit holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University.
