Keith Flynn

Keith Flynn has extensive experience in process integration and project management within the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries. Currently, Keith serves as Manager of Feol Process Integration at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, focusing on defectivity reduction and transistor variability. Previously, Keith held various roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, including Senior Section Manager and MTS Technology & Integration, overseeing the integration of 45nm and 28nm Bulk technology. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Bosch Solar CISTech GmbH, where the transfer of a thin-film photovoltaic process to China was managed, and as Process Integration Module Leader at Qimonda, handling the synchronization of multiple process modules across global sites. Keith's early career includes roles at Vishay and General Semiconductor, emphasizing development and process engineering. Educational credentials include a BSc in Chemistry and German from Dublin City University.
