Makenzie Philo

MaKenzie Philo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and organizational development. At GlobalFoundries, MaKenzie served as Sr. Manager/Deputy Director Global HRBP and played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while driving change leadership, talent development, and workforce planning. Previous roles at GlobalFoundries included Global Manager and Global Human Resources Business Partner, where proactive human resource solutions were implemented. MaKenzie is also the founder and owner of ADK Tiny Tots, the first luxury soft play rental company in the Adirondacks. Additional experience includes managing talent management initiatives at Ocean Spray Cranberries and recruitment at Tesseract School.
