Scott Hildreth

Scott Hildreth is an experienced engineering professional with a background in semiconductor technology and integration. Currently serving as the Director of Integration Engineering at GlobalFoundries, Scott leads the integration team for 45nm Photonics and RF technologies at Fab8. Previously, Scott held various leadership roles at GlobalFoundries, focusing on yield engineering and electrical test operations. Before joining GlobalFoundries, Scott worked at Freescale Semiconductor and Motorola, contributing to automotive product development and advanced technology integration. Scott's career began at Xerox, where early work involved designing interfaces and developing image compression algorithms. Scott holds both a BS and an MS in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
